Gladbach is planning for the new season and needs to offload some players. The sports boss Rouven Schröder has already made four new signings, including Daniel Batz, Enzo Leopold, David Herold, and Yukhym Konoplia.

Who is on the chopping block?

Tomas Cvancara, Nathan Ngoumou, and Grant-Leon Ranos are on the list of players that Gladbach wants to offload. Cvancara spent the second half of the season on loan at Celtic Glasgow, but an injury prevented a permanent contract.

Injury concerns and failed loans

Nathan Ngoumou is still recovering from his serious injury and should therefore leave the club as soon as possible. Grant-Leon Ranos was unable to break through in the Bundesliga at Gladbach and is therefore also on the chopping block.

Jan Olschowsky should leave the club to gain regular playing time elsewhere. Noah Pesch has no prospects at Gladbach and should therefore switch to another club.

Two big names as cash cows

Joe Scally is a hot candidate for a lucrative departure. The American was recently an absolute starter on the right wing, but Gladbach has already signed his designated successor, Yukhym Konoplia. Gladbach currently stands 12th in the Bundesliga with 38 points and a record of 9 wins, 11 draws, and 14 losses from 34 games, and is 51 points behind leaders Bayern München.
