Hansa Rostock won the race for Yannick Michaelis. The 19-year-old opted for the Kogge despite interest from Fortuna Düsseldorf. In return, Gladbach secured a small transfer fee, a sell-on clause, and a matching right. This means the Foals will be informed of every offer for Michaelis and can match it if Hansa agrees.
